6-Month Empowerment Curriculum

6-Month Empowerment Curriculum

A structured, two-phase program designed to support personal growth, stability, and long-term success.
The curriculum equips participants with practical skills, emotional resilience, and tools for independence—tailored for individuals rebuilding their lives after hardship.

Phase 1:  Personal Development & Cognitive Growth
Participants focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and cognitive skills that lay the foundation for lasting change. This phase helps individuals strengthen decision-making, confidence, and personal stability.

Phase 2 : Workforce Readiness & Entrepreneurship
The second half of the program shifts toward building a sustainable future. Participants explore employment pathways, develop career-focused skills, and learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. This phase is designed to foster financial independence and long-term stability.

Peer Mentorship Network

A supportive, growth-centered mentorship model designed to strengthen connection, confidence, and long-term success. Participants engage in a guided process that blends skill-building, emotional support, and real-world application—creating a network where lived experience becomes a source of empowerment.

Phase 1:  Foundations of Connection & Personal Growth
Participants begin by developing communication skills, emotional awareness, and the confidence needed to share their own lived experience. This phase focuses on trust-building, personal reflection, and preparing individuals to support others in a meaningful and healthy way.

Phase 2:  Leadership, Mentorship Skills & Community Impact
The second phase transitions participants into active mentoring roles. Individuals learn structured mentorship practices, boundary-setting, problem-solving strategies, and peer leadership skills. This phase empowers participants to give back, strengthen community ties, and create lasting positive impact.

Community & Family Intervention & Support

A strengths-based program designed to stabilize households, improve communication, and reduce cycles of crisis. This initiative provides families with practical tools, emotional support, and early interventions that strengthen relationships and build long-term resilience.

Phase 1: Foundations of Family Stability

Families focus on understanding relational patterns, improving communication, and addressing challenges before they escalate. This phase helps households build trust, emotional awareness, and a supportive home environment.

Phase 2:  Long-Term Wellness & Community Support

The second phase emphasizes maintaining healthy family dynamics through ongoing support, community connection, and skill-building. Families learn strategies for conflict resolution, managing stress, and promoting stability that lasts across generations.
